Departure and Arrival: The Pope will depart Vatican City by helicopter at 7:00 a.m.
and arrive at Monaco Heliport at 9:00 a.m..
Official Welcome: Upon arrival, he will be greeted by Prince Albert II and representatives
of Monaco’s institutions.
Prince’s Palace: A welcome ceremony and private meeting with Prince Albert II and his
family will take place, highlighting the historical and diplomatic ties between Monaco
and the Holy See.
Catholic Community: At 11:00 a.m., Pope Leo XIV will meet the Catholic community at
the Cathedral of Our Lady Immaculate, delivering a homily and addressing clergy and
faithful.
Youth and Catechumens: At 11:45 a.m., he will meet young people and catechumens
in front of the Church of Sainte-Dévote, offering guidance and encouragement to the next
generation of Catholics.
Holy Mass: In the afternoon, the Pope will preside over Mass at Stade Louis II, the home
stadium of AS Monaco, which can accommodate over 18,000 attendees.
Departure: The visit concludes with a farewell ceremony at the heliport, with the Pope
